How we built it
We designed a streamlined migration platform focused on automation, scalability and compatibility with multiple legacy support systems. The application handles large-scale data imports through optimized background processing pipelines, validates records before transfer and maintains attachment relationships and ticket histories during migration. The front-end experience was simplified to guide non-technical teams through complex migration steps with minimal friction, while the backend architecture was hardened for long-running import operations and retry handling.
Result
Zendesk Import significantly reduced migration time for customer support teams, allowing businesses to transition to Zendesk with minimal operational disruption. The platform improved migration accuracy, reduced manual workload for support agents and enabled companies to preserve years of customer communication history without data loss.
