User story
Dentamed Clinic needed a modern digital platform that reflected the quality of its dental services while making it easier for patients to explore treatments, book consultations and build trust before their first visit. The previous experience lacked clear service structure, modern presentation and performance optimization across devices. The clinic also wanted consultation requests to be delivered directly into Telegram for faster communication with patients and planned to expand the platform with an online store for dental products. The goal was to create a clean, premium and patient-friendly website that communicates professionalism, improves accessibility and supports clinic growth.
Design
How we built it
We designed and developed a high-performance WordPress platform focused on clarity, usability and visual trust. The website architecture was rebuilt around the clinic’s core services, allowing patients to quickly navigate between treatments, doctors and appointment flows. We introduced a modern responsive UI with strong typography, carefully structured content sections and optimized media delivery to ensure fast loading across desktop and mobile devices.
To improve communication speed, we integrated custom forms connected directly to Telegram, allowing the clinic team to receive patient inquiries instantly without relying solely on email workflows. We also developed a WooCommerce-powered eCommerce section for selling dental care products online, fully integrated into the existing website experience. The backend was tailored for easy content management, enabling the clinic team to update services, specialists, products and informational pages without technical complexity.
Result
The new platform significantly improved the clinic’s digital presence and created a smoother experience for potential patients researching dental treatments online. The redesigned structure increased service discoverability, strengthened brand credibility and delivered a more polished mobile experience. Direct Telegram notifications accelerated patient communication and simplified lead handling for the clinic staff, while the WooCommerce store opened an additional sales channel for dental products. Faster performance, clearer navigation and a more professional presentation helped improve patient engagement and overall confidence in the clinic before booking an appointment.
